All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of clear processing error or as required by applicable law.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance (excluding any pending bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) at any time through your account dashboard. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

11. Dispute Resolution
